The Proposals

The scheme proposes a new Lidl store which will provide a spacious and attractive shopping environment for local residents in a convenient and accessible location. 


This multi-million pound development will include:

Ground levels within parts of the site will be reduced. This will enable the finished floor level of the store to be located at a lower level than adjacent residential properties, helping to minimise any impacts. Retaining walls will ensure ground stability
